That was reasonably priced hotel set in very nice area, next to Mines View, the restaurant, and Burnham Park and other Baguio's beautiful spots. We had inclusive and delicious breakfasts with less option s.

The breakfast was inclusive, nice to have toast, cereal, and pancakes. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, managed the parking onsite. The hotel provides a courteous service. Moreover it has excellent wifi to surf the net etc. Also, the location is comfy, minutes from an urban parkland.

Great room service, prompt and efficient. The staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location, close to attractions. a pleasant stay.

Good location, walking distance to restaurant and market place.

This is not a complain but I just want you to know that the room reserved for us the "De Luxe Triple Room " was not given to us. It was given to others who arrived earlier. The room given to us is with double bed with extra bed, the extra bed was only a mattress on the floor which my friend a balikbayan didn't like . I called the Hotel at 12:00 noon that we will be late in checking in because we are still in Manila. Eurotel must have reserved to us the said room as it was indicated when I booked on line.

It's convenient/nearby on most of the places a traveller woul visit!

I've stayed in other hotels on other trip/holiday back to Baguio but this is the first time I stayed in hotel on which a hot water/boiling flask,tissue paper and mineral water was not provided as this are essential to most travelers staying in hotels! And room windows/toilets are not really cleaned! I've stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and power supply was cut off 4 times!

Everything was good from the staff to the room, great bed and big room. Its location was favourable and strategic, close to Bus Terminal, the Burnham park, SM, pasalubong area and terminals, and the restaurant. The breakfast was good and satisfactory, they served toast, cereal, and pancakes.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room was air-conditioned with old towels. Friendly service and the food is good.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, as it's very near restaurants and the city center. We had no trouble getting around and accessing various places in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated that they had parking available for guests.

Proximity to the city's center and commercial district. Within a walking distance also of Burnham Park. Rooms are very clean (hotels is new) and all the basic but required amenities are there (toiletries, slippers, good hangers or hooks on the wall for towels); good lobby/reception with baby grand piano.

Food service is very, very slow (breakfast buffet) and could be much improved. Staff should not wait until food ran out before calling in for a refill, and should proactively arrange for this even before the food containers empty. Corridors on guest room floors are narrow. However, for the price you pay, and if you don't intend to stay in the hotel for long and plan to be out touring around, the hotel is good enough and good value for money.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a value for money experience, with reasonable prices and a good buffet breakfast to start your day.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Staff incompetent, on the 6th floor room 619-wasn't finish when we came in -20minutes of waiting-and then horror: smelly,dirty,the bed was a mattress on the dirty smelly carpet,stool dirty,shower curtain dirty,very noisy-building site nearby,the aircon had no cover and was full of dust. After protest and threats,moved to rom 409 ,4th floor,which was a little bit better. The breakfast is miserable,dry fish with rice,unripe ananas never never again

Our linens were dirty as if they didn't change them.Also,taps were leaking and water was getting blocked in the bathroom..poor maintainence..

I had a really great stay at this hotel in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location in the city center. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all provided and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a decent selection and was a nice start to the day. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, such as the control of lighting from the bedside.

My experience at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find any faults.
